Mr. Prasoon Mukherjee, founder of Universal Success Enterprises (1995), is a celebrated entrepreneur and philanthropist focused on sustainable growth in hospitality, township development, industrial parks, and energy. Twice honored as “Best Bengali Entrepreneur of the World” (2009, 2019), he is a respected speaker and advisor in industry and government forums globally.

Mr. Prashant Mukherjee brings close to two decades of experience across diverse sectors in India and Southeast Asia, with a strong track record as a hands-on operator specializing in project execution, mergers & acquisitions, and stakeholder management.

He leads strategic engagement with government and regulatory bodies across the Group’s verticals, facilitating large-scale infrastructure initiatives and ensuring alignment with policy priorities. In addition, he oversees engagement with institutional investors and strategic partners to drive long-term value creation.

Mr. Prashant holds a dual degree from the Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology, with a Bachelor’s in Finance from the Wharton School and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, U.S.A. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD, France.
